商业地产服务与投资机构世邦魏理仕发布报告称，2021年中国大宗物业投资市场迎来快速复苏(China's commercial real estate investment enjoyed a solid recovery last year)，总成交额(total transaction volume)达到2730亿元，同比上涨33%。展望2022年，在强劲的市场环境下，中国内地商业地产大宗交易额将同比增长10-15%，有望首次突破3000亿元。
