国务院办公厅日前印发《关于加快内外贸一体化发展的若干措施》（以下简称《若干措施》）。《若干措施》提出，促进内外贸规则制度衔接融合，具体包括促进内外贸标准衔接，促进内外贸监管衔接，促进内外贸资源要素顺畅流动等。
China's State Council has issued a series of measures to accelerate the integrated development of domestic and foreign trade. The measures will improve the alignment of domestic and foreign trade rules and systems, including supervision, the convergence of standards and the facilitation of smooth domestic and foreign trade resource flows.
