2月23日召开的中央财经委员会第四次会议强调，实行大规模设备更新和消费品以旧换新，将有力促进投资和消费，既利当前、更利长远。
It was stressed at the fourth meeting of the Central Commission for Financial and Economic Affairs held on Feb. 23 that large-scale equipment renewal and trade-in of old consumer goods will effectively boost investment and consumption, benefiting economic and social development not only for the time being but also in the long run.
