据中国气象局消息，西藏自治区班戈国家基本气象观测站日前成功施放首个北斗导航探空气球，标志着世界海拔最高的北斗探空高空气象观测站（以下简称“北斗探空站”）建成。
A meteorological balloon featuring BeiDou navigation was recently launched at a national meteorological observation station in Baingoin County in southwest China's Xizang Autonomous Region. This marks the establishment of the world's highest BeiDou high-altitude meteorological observation station, according to the China Meteorological Administration.
