2024年12月5日，中共中央办公厅、国务院办公厅发布关于推进新型城市基础设施建设打造韧性城市的意见。
China has issued a guideline for promoting the construction of new-type urban infrastructure for the development of resilient cities. The guideline, made public on December 5, 2024, was jointly approved by the General Office of the Communist Party of China Central Committee and the General Office of the State Council.
