商务部等7部门近日联合印发方案，聚焦百货店、购物中心、超市、社区商业中心等零售商业设施改造提升和创新转型，力争到2029年初步形成现代零售体系。
China seeks to initially form a modern retail system by 2029, according to a document jointly issued by seven government departments including the Ministry of Commerce, with upgrade and transformation efforts targeting department stores, shopping centers, supermarkets, and community business hubs.
