《关于增开银发旅游列车 促进服务消费发展的行动计划》于2025年2月11日发布。行动计划提出，将银发旅游列车适老化、绿色化、舒适化改造纳入大规模设备更新和消费品以旧换新支持范围，并开发银发旅游列车主题旅游线路和产品。
China on February 11, 2025 unveiled an action plan to expand and improve senior-friendly tourism train services. Measures will be taken to upgrade the trains to be more age-friendly, green and comfortable, which will also be supported by China's large-scale equipment upgrade and consumer goods trade-in program, and to develop themed travel routes and products tailored to seniors, according to the action plan.
