1.Please keep it secret (from him) 和Please keep it a secret (from him) 都可以说，都作“请把这件事［对他］保守秘密”解。

2.比较下面两句：

• He has told me about the matter in secret. （他秘密地告诉了我这件事。）
• He says he is in the secret. （他说他知道这秘密［是局内人］。）
