proposal
1.proposal后面接不定式或for和名词，如his proposal to repair the house和his proposal for the repair of the house。
2.注意下面两句里用should或虚拟现在式：
- His proposal is that the house (should) be repaired.
- His proposal was that the house (should) be repaired.
第一句里的should改作shall也可以。
