2.I am of (the) opinion that the problem ought to be discussed again等句子里的the可有可无，似乎没有the比有the普通。

3.of (the) opinion that..., of the same opinion和I am of your opinion都是正式的英语。

4.下面四句意思相同：

• He asked my opinion.
• He asked me my opinion.
• He asked me for my opinion.

5.public opinion（舆论）是抽象名词，前面通常没有a或the，也没有复数形式public opinions。例如：They have public opinion behind it.和Public opinion is against it.
