1.full后面接of，如The bottle is full of water和The river is full of fish。注意不可说Water is full in the bottle和Fish are full in the river。
2.full of后面只接指容在里面的东西的词，不接指在外面的东西的词，如可以说His head is full of strange ideas，不可说His head is full of black hair，该把full of改作covered with。参见fill2
3.The tram is full to bursting里的to是介词，所以后面接动名词bursting，不接burst。
