ensure

1.说“保险”现在用insure，不用ensure，说“保証”用insure远不及用ensure普通。

2.ensure（保証）后面的以that引导的从句里所说的事，假使是一次的，用shall或should比用will或would普通，所说的事假使是经常的，用shall或should也比用will或would普通，但往往不用shall或will而用属于现在时态的动词，不用should或would而用属于过去时态的动词。例如：

• I can ensure that they shal!(偶尔用will)come tomorrow.
  I said I could ensure that they should(偶尔用 would)come the next day.
• We must take steps to ensure that these rules shall be(或are,或will be) faithfully carried out.
  We took steps to ensure that these rules should be(或were,或would be)faithfully carried out.
