deduct 的用法及固定搭配

1.deduct是“减去”，不是“减少…”或“从…减去若干”，如说“从款项里减去百分之三”该说deduct 3％ from（有时用out of）the sum，不可说deduct the sum by 3％。

2.deduct和subtract意思相同。但deduct多用于数量，subtract多用于数目。例如：deduct the cost from the profits和subtract 4 from 9。
