dangerous 与 dangerously

1.dangerous是“（引起）危险的”，不是“受到危险的”，如He is dangerous是“他是（引起）危险的”，就是“他易于使别人受到危险”，不是“他自己受到危险”。说“他自己受到危险”该说He is in danger或He is endangered。英美人也有把dangerous用作“（因病而）受到危险的”解的，但这主要是方言用法。

He is dangerous虽然不是“他自己受到危险”，但He is dangerously ill和He is dangerously near the edge of the precipice两句里的dangerously都指“他”的受到危险。但须注意dangerously并不修饰He而修饰ill和near，dangerously ill是“生了危险疾病的”，就是“病危”。dangerously near是“引起危险地近”，那dangerous（ly）仍旧是“引起危险”，不是“受到危险”。

2.It is dangerous to bathe in this river和This river is dangerous to bathe in都可以说，也可以说This is a dangerous river to bathe in。
