aware、conscious与sensible这些形容词均含“意识到的”之意。
aware :强调通过耳闻目睹或感觉而得到的信息,也指敏税的观察和推断。侧重感知,多与of一起用。
- I wasn't even aware that he was ill.
我都不知道他生病了。 - Were you aware of the risks at the time?
你当时意识到危险了吗? - She was well (= very) aware that he was married.
她很清楚他已结婚了。 - "Has Claude paid the phone bill?" "Not as far as I'm aware." (= I don't think so)
“克劳德交电话费了吗?”“据我所知没有。” - I suddenly became aware of (= started to notice) him looking at me.

conscious :指内心的感觉,强调深刻的心理活动。
- My tooth doesn't exactly hurt, but I'm conscious of it (= I can feel it) all the time.
牙齿并不疼,可是我总觉得不舒服。 - I think she's very conscious of being the only person in the office who didn't have a university education.

sensible :侧重通过直觉或理性感觉意识到某物的存在。
- He did not appear to be sensible of the difficulties that lay ahead.
