Coalition 一词源自拉丁语 coalescere (联合,一起生长,在生长中合而为一),1604年经法语 coalition (联合;联盟)进入英语后也是用来表示“结合、联合”以及“结盟、联盟”,作不可数名词使用,主要指聚在一起形成一个更大整体的行为,或者两个或多个团体联合在一起的行为,比如:
