三严三实
Three Stricts and Three Earnests
三严三实是“既严以修身、严以用权、严以律己；又谋事要实、创业要实、做人要实”。
2014年3月9日，习近平总书记在参加安徽代表团审议时提出的“三严、三实”，是党的领导干部的为官之道和行为准则，为做好新形势下干部工作提供了重要遵循。要引导激励干部加强党性修养，坚定理想信念，增强宗旨意识，严以修身、严以用权、严以律己；引导激励干部树立正确的政绩观，谋事要实、创业要实、做人要实，强化责任担当，创造经得起实践、人民、历史检验的实绩。

坚持照镜子、正衣冠、洗洗澡、治治病的要求，开展党的群众路线教育实践活动和“三严三实”专题教育，推进“两学一做”学习教育常态化制度化，全党理想信念更加坚定、党性更加坚强。
We have committed to “examining ourselves in the mirror, tidying our attire, taking a bath, and treating our ailments,” launched activities to see members command and act on the Party’s mass line, and initiated a campaign for the observance of the Three Stricts and Three Earnests. We have regularized and institutionalized the requirement for all Party members to have a solid understanding of the Party Constitution, Party regulations, and related major policy addresses and to meet Party standards. As a result, the ideals and convictions of all Party members have been strengthened and their sense of Party consciousness has deepened.
