坚持内防反弹，就是要健全完善及时发现、快速处置、精准管控、有效救治的常态化防控机制，严格落实早发现、早报告、早隔离、早治疗要求，提升本土聚集性疫情应急处置能力，始终绷紧疫情防控这根弦，确保疫情不出现反弹。
