深入解读
对于许多爱美的小伙伴来说，看到 sanguine 这个单词很容易想到法国香水品牌欧珑（Atelier Cologne）的招牌香水赤霞橘光（Orange Sanguine）来。
之所以叫赤霞橘光，是因为 sanguine 一词的本义是指“血红的、血红色的”，常用在书面语或纹章学中，比如英国诗人约翰·弥尔顿就在《利西达斯》（Lycidas）一诗中称风信子为“镌刻哀伤的含血之花（that sanguine flower inscribed with woe）”。
到了16世纪后， sanguine 从血色好、面色红润的概念出发，开始发展出现在的主要含义指“乐天的、乐观的”，常作正式用语使用，尤指在明显糟糕或困难的情况下对未来乐观的、积极的或充满信心的，比如：
